Shirish Nimgaonkar

Founder and CEO

Shirish has led and grown multiple entrepreneurial technology ventures with successful exits. Before founding eBlissAI, Shirish was the President of Nanoheal, an end point monitoring and automation company (grew enterprise recurring revenues by 5X and Pipeline by 10X, closed and executed on large sales deals with numerous Fortune 2000 companies). He was also part of the leadership team at multiple PE / VC-backed tech companies with successful exits. Earlier, he was the founder and head of the South Asia group and a Managing Director in the Technology group at Alantra, a Global Investment Bank where he led 30+ client acquisitions. He is currently also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School, has been on the board of TiE Boston (among the largest entrepreneurial organizations) and is an advisor to multiple startups in software and AI. Trained in classical music, Shirish is also the founder and lead singer of a music band focused on social good. Shirish has a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay (ITC management scholar), an MS from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Krisztian Kopasz

Chief Technology Officer

Krisztian has successfully led the development and scaling of multiple enterprise- grade products and solutions throughout their entire lifecycle in high-growth entrepreneurial environments. He served as Head of Engineering and Chief Architect at TrueMotion, where he led engineering teams until the company’s acquisition by Cambridge Mobile Telematics. Earlier, he was Senior Director of Engineering and Lead Architect at LogMeIn, a leader in remote access and endpoint support. There, he played a key leadership role in building and scaling technical teams from the company’s early stages through its IPO and beyond. He holds an MS in Computer Science and Engineering.

Paritosh Desai

Head of Data Science

Paritosh has conceptualized, developed and scaled numerous AI based products and solutions for successful deployment, while leading and growing large teams. He has been the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Target. He has also been the Head of AI and Data Science teams at Google, GAP, and DemandTec. He has a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay and a PhD in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Ranjith Panicker

Head of Strategic Partners

Ranjith has been the head of partner sales at multiple automation and workplace software companies including Catchpoint, Nanoheal, and Riverbed Aternity, where he has driven high growth in sales and pipeline. He has a BS in Engineering.
